Papua New Guinea: medium body, sweet acidic flavor, fruity undertones
Sulawesi Celebes Classique: well-balanced acidity, full-bodied
Sumatra Black Satin: low acidity, heavy body, complex flavor
Sumatra Mandheling: heavy-bodied, mild acidity, complex flavor (available in decaf)
