Mocca Java (blend)
Our Mocca Java combines Ethiopian Longberry Harrar and Java Blawan Estate.
It offers a pungent brew with a floral,
perfume aroma along with a heavy body, perfect acid balance, and hints of bittersweet chocolate.
This coffee's name has become synonymous with coffee in the U.S., and is often the standard for which all other coffees are measured. Java's finest golden beans are roasted to yield a piquant aroma. The result is an exquisite acid balance, a heavy body with hints of chocolate-like undertones.
